I can't afford a new laptop, so I need a hand knowing what to have repaired on my acer. About a year ago it crashed, I re-installed windows, and now it is fine... ish. It doesn't play any sound, however it detects the sound as being there, as the little sound thing moves, it isn't the speakers...
