I accidently drop my laptop and crack the screen.Before I replace the screen I wanna know if the PC was also damage so I hook it up to my TV via HDMI but my TV can't pick up any signal from laptop. It's seemed like window is no loading. Is there a way to do a factory reset or reboot the laptop...
