    Hi.... I send you an email a week ago about turning off because my laptop is getting too hot. You gave me some advice like buying a cool pad and cleaning the ports. I did it all but its still the same. It turns off after 10 minutes of playing any games. Please help.

    at idle CPU is 1 to 10 and GPU is 59.
