Hi guys. My laptop is not turning on. Whenever I press the power button, the power light will turn on but the laptop is not running, the fan and hard drive is not running as well. I hold the power button for 30 seconds as they said but the method won't work. Any ideas what might be the problem...

I always use my laptop without the battery. The hard drive is not booting up I guess.
