I used the DGX with my PC360s (pretty much the same headset) and loved the combo. Turn dolby digital on with 8channel 7.1 and the quality is pretty fantastic. No noticeable delay and positional tracking was pretty good as well.

I think I saw somewhere that one would want an open back for a larger soundstage and better positional sound. I thoroughly enjoy my PC360s and have had them for two years, but I want an upgrade for under $250. Any suggestions? Also planning on purchasing the Fiio E10k amp/dac.
