Hi, I am using Pavillion 14 series HP laptop (core i3 with 4 GB RAM). Few months before My laptop fell from the table then the web cam did not work even after given a new OS. Then yesterday I see a complete white screen in my laptop. I check VGA cable , external monitor was working fine...
