Have [you] disabled secure boot and change UEFI boot to CSM in BIOS. The Secure Boot is the last option in the Security tab and the UEFI should be under the system configurations. To access the BIOS press and hold the F2 key and turn on the laptop.

If it is the original image on the laptop than there should be recovery partition on the hdd that can be accessed by pressing F12, which brings up a boot menu. The last option should say HDD Recovery, choose that option and follow the instructions.
