I recently purchased the dt770 250ohms wanted to get the 80ohm version but they ran out seeing as the CUSTOM one pro's didn't get much love compared to the DT 770, I decided to get it. Was wondering would I need an amp and dac to power and get the most out of em??? Currently using an ASUS B150...

Willl an optical cable make a difference if i use it to plug my pc speakers to my tv instead of a 3.5mm jack? Speakers: S730 EDIFIER TV: X850 C SONY And also not a real audiophile just more of a good movie experience kinda guy.
