Thank you for your help so far and sorry you seem to have lost it!!

I run an engraving machine from a laptop using the “GEM RX Engraving 8” application. I can cut & paste into this from Office 2010 applications just fine. If I then open a browser (IE or Google Chrome), I lose the ability to cut & paste into GEM RX. Closing the browser still leaves the problem...
