Cut & Paste Problems after Opening a Browser

I run an engraving machine from a laptop using the “GEM RX Engraving 8” application. I can cut & paste into this from Office 2010 applications just fine. If I then open a browser (IE or Google Chrome), I lose the ability to cut & paste into GEM RX. Closing the browser still leaves the problem. During all this, I can still cut & paste between Office applications.

This happens whether I use Cntrl + C - Cntrl + V, or cut and paste buttons, and in Windows7 & Windows 8.1

I’ve tried clearing down the RAM cache with no result

I had issues with using TomsHardware website, bad links and that kind of stuff. I lost many times answers because of it. Now they have another browser installed and I tried it. That's all.

I will take a look at it tomorow.
