    Laptop only works if power supply and battery plugged

    The problem is this acer works fine without battery before i replace the jack. And now only gives signal with the charger and baterry plugged. I already tested the battery and its ok.

    I have a acer 5737z and a few days ago i replace the jack because my sister broke it . And now he only works with both power supply/battery the battery doesn't charge.
