    Were you able to solve the ‘trackpad freezing the laptop’ problem? I have the same laptop model and the same problem.

    Disappearing trackpad pointer in Dell XPS 13 2018 version

    I have the 2018 Dell XPS 13. The trackpad pointer disappears intermittently, sometimes the laptop also hangs when this happens. I have never tried using a mouse so I don’t know if this will also happen with a mouse.
