Watch your GPU and CPU temps. They could be overheating or your fans aren't turned up enough to cool them so you're having bottlenecking.

If it works with an external keyboard then your keys probably haven't been reassigned. The keyboard has probably shorted out. I'd recommend replacing the keyboard if you can. Check to make sure that its consistently the same keys every time. If it is you could have a hardware problem.

There can be numerous causes to this problem. If the screen doesn't turn on at all it could be a hardware problem. I'd try removing the battery and just trying to turn it on with the power cord connected, assuming your laptop can do this (some laptops can). If it refuses to turn on completely...

I would say check your Nvidia drivers and use Geforce experience to optimize your settings. I use a lower end laptop to play heavier games with no problem as long as I keep those up to date.

Are you using Windows RT or an ARM-compiled version of Windows 10? Please give more information on the issue.
