Problem solved. There was a problem with the new coax from the splitter to the new TV. Tempted a new coax from splitter to the new tv and problem was solved.

Cannot figure my coax cabling problem. I just installed a second tv in my bedroom and when I connect my coax to the splitter to go to the new tv my #1 tv goes blank and says no signal. I've tried different splitters same problem. I've got an amp installed before the splitter I've tried it before...
