Sure, as long as you uninstall the drivers of the ATi card. It also depends if the GPU is interchangeable or not.

Which Most Wanted? The original (2005) or the... uhh... reboot? (2012)? Also, how can a TV run games like a console now? The only thing I could play on TVs was Tetris and other basic stuff and that was provided by the TV reciever.

I personally don't own the Y50, but from the reviews on Newegg, I can see that some people say that the screen has washed out colors and blurry text. It doesn't seem to affect games very much though.

Lenovo Y50. It has a better GPU, which is usually what games rely on.

The 745M isn't a great GPU and Watch Dogs has terrible PC optimization. The best things you can play would be stuff like Grid 2, CS: GO, etc. around medium settings.
