I fixed my issue. Here is what I did: I obtained a Male/Male 3.5mm Audio Jack Cable. I plugged one into the audio out (speaker port) on my monitor. And one into the Audio In (blue port) on the back of my pc. Now doing this created a new output device called "line in" and this played my PS4...
