As far back as I can remember Epic has bailed on Nintendo. The original Unreal was being developed for N64 but they canceled that. I think the 2 companies just aren't willing to work together which is a shame for the consumer.

I'm sure they wouldn't use this ad format in a storebought game. This would probably be for free downloadable games. That would be the only thing that made sense. Even die hard Sony fans wouldn't put with ads in pay games.

If they go with cartridge type games they are actually superior in load times. Nintendo's last home console with carts just didn't do so well because memory of the day was very small & very expensive vs optical. I would just get off the internet if it gets to this point of invading your privacy. I don't even play those avatar games but see how someone could be wrongfully accused just by trying to win a game. Just have age limits that can play withing the same game. Problem solved.

If AMD supposedly gets the contracts for these consoles wouldn't they make alot of money on this?

It seems like everybodys decided to raise prices during a recession to boost their profits. I just went in Wendy's the other day to find that the double stack was 1.99 instead of 99 & the bacon burger is 1.89 instead of 1.39. Guess what- there was about 1/3 of the people eating these as normal...

I know someone that works at local T-Mobile sales center & they all believe their jobs would be eliminated if AT&T takes over + everyone at T-Mobile headquarters would be gone also. Thats pretty much everyone gone that worked at T-mobile.. AT&T just wants to eliminate competition.

I just hope these guys don't collide the wrong particle some day & blow us all up.

Does anyone know of a way to get game sales numbers of indiviual 3ds games? The reason I'm asking is that if the system has a brief lifespan then some of the sealed games could be worth alot of money in the future. You could name your price on some sealed copies of certain Nintendo virtual boy...

Nintendo is just a class company to have execs willing to do this..I'm sure glad they didn't sell out to Microsoft awhile back.

Its ebay. I could ask 10,000 for a copy of mario kart but that doesn't make mario kart worth 10k. Articles like this should only list prices realized or prices items actually sold. Even if it was the only copy I seriously doubt it would go for more than 50 to 100k just because video games just...

Sometrhing positive may come out of all the negative press about the new controller. Nintendo may decide to release a budget version with the regular will controller & still sell a bundle of consoles since it would be less expensive & support HD graphics.

I'm buying Nintendo shares tomorrow if they are still at a 5 year low. What were these industry experts expecting-- a 3d hologram system? Nintendo has been in business for over 100 years & very rarely loses money.

if it's backward compatible with wii then how am I going to play tennis with this big controller? I just can't see swinging this like a wii mote.
