Gaming laptops cost quite alot of money. The one you mentioned isnt 1080p so it may run a few games at 30-60 fps with integrated graphics but you wont have a satisfactory experience

Why don`t you want a mic with a 3.5 mm jack? The sound quality would be much better. Analog mics plug directly into your PC's 3.5mm audio-input jack. Generally usb mics are fairly low quality.
