I agree with Barty1884. PUBG is a very poorly optimized game that requires high end hardware to play smoothly. The GTX 840M is not going to cut it and is most likely holding you back.

What is the screen resolution? is it 1366x768 or 1980x1080? You may be able to "play" it on low settings, lower resolution is better in your situation. I'd recommend waiting for a 950m to be cheap.
