My "o" key has became very unresponsive, same with the full stop key, it feels like they decide when and when not to work, any help?

Hi. Recently my keyboard shell has detached from the casing. Now, recently it has been very bad at charging. It also just says "plugged in". Not "plugged in, charging". Do I need a repair? Or is their just too many apps running? (Edit: It doesn't seem to drain. It just takes about 5-10 minutes...
