    I have the HyperX Cloud and it's pretty good. I prefer wired over wireless though because you don't have to worry about the battery life and wireless signals can have interference, although probably not to the point where it is overly noticeable.

    Yes that laptop should be able to handle games on those settings or even higher.

    Perhaps there is a short in the power cord or possibly in the port on the laptop itself. Do you have another power cord you can try?

    When I say reserved, I mean Windows is actively using it.

    That 1GB not used is actually reserved for Windows. The rest is free to use on anything else.
