Hi Im looking for a laptop that i will only play minecraft on. As well as record. But i am on an extremely low budget at $400 USD I want to get about 40fps on far render distance whilst recording. And I'm not looking into building one. Cause I'm a complete n00b. Any suggestions are helpful :D...

I want to see if there is any laptops i can find that can record minecraft, and only minecraft, at 40+fps. I would like to have windows 8.1, but other Operating systems are fine. Im kinda a computer noob too, so i cant build one.. Im looking to buy it in the next week or two. Thanks for your help :D
