    i know something is wrong with the computers data, it says system 32 trail something is missing or corrupted. also what do u mean by installation media?

    i have 2 toshiba laptops (sattelite c855d) and 1 works, but the other ran dead during factory reset causing it to "boot loop", i followed guides, but a say to factory reset each time i try it says "error resetting please try again." Please help.
