Solved! Laptop bootloop, unable to facory reset.

i have 2 toshiba laptops (sattelite c855d) and 1 works, but the other ran dead during factory reset causing it to "boot loop", i followed guides, but a say to factory reset each time i try it says "error resetting please try again."
Please help.

It is possible that the data you are using (assuming it is on the computer itself) may be damaged or corrupted.

You may want to try downloading the installation media to a USB drive and installing from there.

If, however, that doesn't work either, then you may have a drive problem and it may need replacing.

i know something is wrong with the computers data, it says system 32 trail something is missing or corrupted. also what do u mean by installation media?
