Disabled a few startup applications and the HDD seems to be at 100% for about 2 mins after startup, i guess thats fine?

Tried a clean boot. While playing a 1080p video the cpu usage is 20-30% and a 2160p video 80-90% cpu usage running chrome. With firefox 1080p 10-15% and 2160p 20-25% cpu usage, So its something to do with google chrome and HTML5 since chrome uses HTML5 to play videos and firefox is using flash...

Just tried that sadly it made no difference. I did some benchmarks using 3Dmark and compared it with similar systems and i'm getting similar results, so i guess something went wrong when installing windows/ drivers, since the laptop came as Freedos.
