It may be issue with sound card. You can always try buying some cheap/decent usb sound card and then connect your headphones to it. I have same issue with my work laptop it has low buzzing sound.

Check what kind of output you are using, navigate to you audio settings. Maybe it is trying to output to some nonexistent audio output.
