I keep getting event notifications from my sports team whenever there is a game scheduled to be played. I don't want that, because I can look up their schedule elsewhere. Also, news stations post about a local event that I have no interest in. How do I stop those as well? I've looked everywhere...

I already have them blocked from sending me app invites, yet I am still getting app requests from them. Why?
