Suggested videos appear while watching videos on Youtube. How do I fix this?

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this, but I couldn't find a more appropriate place. Sometimes when I'm watching a video on Youtube, I see video suggestions that appear in each corner of the video. They are very annoying, because I can't see what's behind them & they have little or nothing to do with what I am watching. This happens regardless of what web browser I use. I've tried using Adblock Plus & Noscript, but they don't resolve this problem.

Is there a way to fix this?

Suggestions *inside* the videos? As it, promoted by the creator themselves?

No, they are not ads. They are video suggestions, and I don't mean the ones that appear at the end of the video. They appear while the video is playing. To show you what I mean, here is a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mXxD-k8hNc (the suggestions appear at 33 seconds).

I got shit also at 33 second mark. Got annotations and ad block on. thats weird.
