Why does my computer handle internet so poorly, i ran a speed test and it says 90mb/s download and upload is 90mb/s aswell and my ping is 4, but my computer either has 0b/s or like 200kb/s so to download a small update for a game takes like 10 - 15 min insted of 2 sec. why is that? this is only...
