No the Toshiba logo screen that usually comes on during start up.I'm able to get in to bios.The USB works and the restore flash drive runs but it then shows a blue widows logo and then after a while I get the big blue message with a frown.

Even though the Toshiba logo screen does come on?

I have a toshiba c55-a5242.Somehow it crashed and won't boot up.I tried the system resrore using the 0 method but all I get is no bootable disk then no media.Tried restoring using the 0 method but that doesn't work.I ordered a recovery disk was sent a flash drive.But when trying it with flag...
