i have a lenovo y50 70 with core i7-4720hq gtx 960m 4gb 8gb ram now i have people playing fifa 17 on ultra settings and putting their videos on youtube i have the same laptop but mine stutters a lot contacted EA they say my laptop needs to be upgraded it is not fast enough for fifa 17.dafaq -_-...

I need to keep 2 of my computers in sync all the time. If i change or update a file on one pc it should be updated on my second. How do i do this and what should i buy like office 2016 or 365 confused a bit. And can i do this same on my ipad as well?
