    hi. there is only one remote and no desperate volume control for DVD. it's a built in dvd player so no cables to see. we are stumped

    help. we have a sharp aquos LC24 dhg6131k tv/dvd player. the tv is working fine but when we play a DVD the picture works but sound is very quiet. turned up to 100 it's still quiet. what are we doing wrong it's no muted
