i've already try that but may pc setting are not the same in another laptop usng windows 8.1..when i go to setting>>change pc setting>>update & recovery>>recovery>>restart now..and then w3ill appear choose an option only i see i is troubleshoot and turn of pc..when i press troubleshoot only will...

im using windows 8.1

i want to boot my laptop into safe mode..but i try to safe mode it is not response..whal should i do ..how can i fix that..if i factory restore my laptop what would happen? also the OS are wife out or n0t.?pls help thank you..i hope you can help me ..
