    thank you for reply but it turns out my new battery was fake and i had get a new battery and my phone works fine now.

    i changed my old battery to new one 1 week ago but im having the same problem as before ie; the battery chargers up to about 15-30% then starts decreasing even if the charger is plugged in.pls help
