Why people are selling HP Pavillions with i7-6700HQ processors Skylark Architecture advertise 2.7 or 3.2 Ghz when Benchmark tests list the Skylark and this processor as 4Ghz 11,020 CPU mark?

Thanks for your answer. I wonder if there is something wrong with the new HP laptop with only an i3 processor at only 1.6GHZ and Windows 10 or simply the internet speed at certain times. I'm paying extra for Comcast Boost but typing 10 letters in the search yields 2 and then slowly ads the rest...

Having the same problem on the new HP quad core but only when typing in the internet search box, Windows 10. Works OK in Word. Not the battery since it is plugged into the power charger. Laptop is advertised as having cool technology so bottom doesn't get hot so having it on a pillow on my lap...
