    Computer freezes during video playback

    I unchecked the "hardware accelerator" and so far YouTube hasn't frozen. I tried Zoom today which did freeze once. Zoom, Skype & Netfliz are not browser based. My internet connection seems ok.

    Computer freezes during video playback (YouTube, Netflix, Skype, Zoom). Sometimes a few minutes in sometimes an hour. I use Win 10 and Linux (Zorin 12) and both freeze up.
