I have a tv with hdmi in only. I want to get an audio output to send to my 2channel stereo.

I have antenna service,DVD connected to 1 hdmi input, tv does not have optical output or rcajacks or so spdif.

My tv does not have an audio output or an earphone output. It has 2 hdmi inputs. How can I get an output to my stereo?
