Hello everyone I have tried everything to get safe mode but nothing is happening

I have been trying to remove AI suite ii. when I try to uninstall it say: AICharger+ An installation support file could not be installed The system cannot find the file specified this has ben happening after I did a backup and I use ccleaner didn't work also having trouble with the bootup error...
