asus AI suite ii really suck

I have been trying to remove AI suite ii. when I try to uninstall it say: AICharger+
An installation support file could not be installed The system cannot find the file specified this has ben happening after I did a backup and I use ccleaner didn't work also having trouble with the bootup error can anyone help pleases

my PC
MB:ceosshair V formula-Z
CPU: FX 8350
SSD: PNY 120GB
SSHD: 2TB
GPU: EVGA GTX 980

I try to reinstall it but it doesn't work that when the error message pop up to.

Shut down. After about 15 seconds, turn the power back on.
As the system is booting, hold down the F8 key until you reach the Safe Mode menu.
On the Safe Mode menu, select Safe Mode with Networking
Use CCleaner and clean up the registry.
Reboot and go into Safe Mode with Networking again.
This time, install AI Suite.
Reboot.
After the system reaches the desktop, you should be able to either use it, or uninstall it normally.

You have to be quick if you press F8. Reboot tap F8, once the boot menu comes up select the hdd then keep tapping F8 till the menu for safe mode appears

Or hold down F5 reboot keep tapping F5
