If the startup error belongs to ai suite delete its entry in startup in ccleaner

Reinstall it again then uninstall it. It's probably because you used a backup which is no longer there

Hello

I try to reinstall it but it doesn't work that when the error message pop up to.

Shut down. After about 15 seconds, turn the power back on.
As the system is booting, hold down the F8 key until you reach the Safe Mode menu.
On the Safe Mode menu, select Safe Mode with Networking
Use CCleaner and clean up the registry.
Reboot and go into Safe Mode with Networking again.
This time, install AI Suite.
Reboot.
After the system reaches the desktop, you should be able to either use it, or uninstall it normally.

Hi

going to give it a try. thank you

Hello
I did what you said but when I press F8 it take me to select a boot drive

Select it then hold F8 down again. Thats what ASUS mobobs do. You have to either press F8 twice to get into safe mode.

Or reboot hold down F5 I think it is to get there

I try but no good

You have to be quick if you press F8. Reboot tap F8, once the boot menu comes up select the hdd then keep tapping F8 till the menu for safe mode appears

Or hold down F5 reboot keep tapping F5

Oops didnt see the mediafire link

BIO? you mean BIOS? No. But you have to make sure the hard drive is the bootdisk
