Got a used Lenovo G700 model 20251. I swapped out the motherboard for the one with the nvidia discreet graphics, same board except for the gpu, since the swap the bios reports the model and serial numbers as invalid, and the battery will not charge unless the laptop is turned off, the message...

There is no Bluetooth device listed in control panel or device manager, I have tried multiple times to install drivers and still it doesn't work

I've tried an intel ac 7260, 2 ac 3160's, and 2 different Broadcom cards, none of which worked on any of windows 7, 8.1, or 10 the intel cards are advertised as having Bluetooth, but I can't get it to work, both Broadcom cards have it and will work flawlessly in my dell inspiron.

thanks, I ended up replacing the screen with one with a factory matte finish. looks and works great.

Can I use an acrylic matte spray finish on my laptop screen to reduce the glare? I tried the film coating but couldn't get all the dust out from under it. Thanks

thanks the volume levels on all three are at 100 % and it is still very low

I've got 2 Toshiba c655 laptops, When I'm watching a movie or Netflix on either of them I can barely hear it even with the volume all the way up. I tried replacing the speakers in one of them but it didn't improve anything. Does anybody know of a speaker set that will have better volume ?

I have that exact laptop, it runs windows 10 without issue, I've run some low to mid level games on it, but anything more demanding than "Star Wars The Old Rebublic" probably won't run very well.
