I was cleaning up my laptop (Lenovo running Windows 8.1), uninstalling useless programs but clicked the wrong one and I believe I uninstalled the Realtek Network Controller driver, so now I can't detect Wifi networks. I've searched for the driver online but it always takes me to network adapters...
