Solved! Deleted Network Controller Driver

I was cleaning up my laptop (Lenovo running Windows 8.1), uninstalling useless programs but clicked the wrong one and I believe I uninstalled the Realtek Network Controller driver, so now I can't detect Wifi networks.
I've searched for the driver online but it always takes me to network adapters or ethernet drivers.
Does anyone know where to find the right driver or will these other drivers fix the problem?

Go to Lenovo web site, support section, find your laptop model there and look for the wireless drivers there https/pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/
