    how do I plug an RCA from a computer headphone jack out into a QSC amp?

    i'm going 1/8" out of my computer into a QSC pro amp and the inputs are 2 channels, each one with a + and a -. then there's an ohm symobl. When i split the RCA each one has a bare cable and shielded one. What do I connect to what to make this work safely in stereo?
