that's all very well, but I have to write a file path to get this apti bios I'm using to boot from a usb port. So I guess in that situation, it needs to be a path the bios will accept, right?

I have a very new ASUS netbook, I want to change over to ubuntu. I used 'f2' to get the boot, but was told to write a file path for any other boot options. I don't know how to write a file path for the external disk drive I want to use, via usb port.
