I recently changed some settings in my bios that turned my screen off. Now I can't access the bios to change it back cuz I can't see it. External monitor won't work either. It's a Chinese Jumper EZPad 5SE. How do I turn the screen back on or reset the bios/cmos? There's no cmos battery I think...
