How do I reset tablets bios when screen isn't working

I recently changed some settings in my bios that turned my screen off. Now I can't access the bios to change it back cuz I can't see it. External monitor won't work either. It's a Chinese Jumper EZPad 5SE. How do I turn the screen back on or reset the bios/cmos? There's no cmos battery I think. Cuz I looked. Please help. Thanx

I am in the same job... The mine is a brick too. Well , its not a solution . There are some people that put the firmware again into the bios IC. They uses USB BIOS loaders and its necesary to adapt the volts too . Ezjumper BIOS IC Works at 1.8 volts. .
