I think i was the only one who had this i contacted r2o as well and they can't help me it's out of warranty

No i bought this new from rent to own 4 years ago

because I don't have the pw I never put one on it all i did was update the bios and re did windows

I formatted the hdd to keep my laptop on. it would just shut off for no reason at all while playing games so i did some trouble shooting online it said to update bios and put a fresh windows on the hdd that should fix the problem its as soon as the computer boots up now its asking for a password
