    Yes, I'd use the blu ray port since it likely has the highest level pass through.

    There is a program nvidia has where you can rent gpu horsepower to game with. Its called cloud gaming. It costs money tho i think. http://www.nvidia.com/object/cloud-gaming.html if you want to read up on it

    I went the usb dac route to get rca to my 7.1 receiver. I also had to wire in a ground loop isolater to get rid of some interference whine. I think it would have been cheaper and easier in the end to get a new motherboard with optical audio out, lol.

    You can download the amazon app. In that program u can purchase a new video card that will boost performance. I don't understand your question really. Maybe try manually shutting down background programs to free up ram.
