Hi. We have a Toshiba Satellite C50 B15Z. The keyboard has stopped working. Apart from some of the lower letters it is stuck. We have read a few threads that says to go into Bios but we can not even press F1 to get in. We cant remove the battery as we have read. There is no restart pin hole hole...
